Team MLP’s all new live group training sessions are bringing the structure of a group class, with the privacy of a 1on1 session! All from wherever you are!
Team MLP Live Group Training is your time, location and budget-friendly solution:
- Tone, tighten and torch calories with the environment of a group class, the privacy of a 1on1 Team MLP training session…all from the convenience of your home!
- $90 per month, per person for unlimited classes
- Each group session sports a virtual group class format with 1on1 attention and accountability WITHOUT the discomfort of “working out in front of other people”…this means that Jay can see YOU, you can see Jay but no one else can see you and vice-versa
- Each session contains an assortment of moderate to advanced exercises accompanied by beginner-based modifications for comfort and customization for any fitness level!
- Each client receives a FREE Team MLP Equipment Package ($75 value) consisting of a set of 5 resistance bands (10lbs to 200+lbs), one 15lb dumbbell and one KettleGryp dumbbell adapter upon signup (shipped directly to your doorstep)!
- Every session is hosted live with a high intensity musical backdrop to accommodate our high-tempo results
- Jay will be coaching each session with demonstrations of every exercise, training the entire class AND individually checking form throughout on each member
- 12 monthly live classes available (12pm MWF). Join any class easily with your provided PIN!
